Click Mailer Pro is a SaaS platform that provides email marketing tools, advertising management software, campaign management workflows, and direct-referral tracking.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. Users are responsible for the content of their campaigns and compliance with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM. You are also responsible for activity conducted through your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful, non-deceptive advertising activity. Campaigns must respect sender identity, content accuracy, and applicable opt-out expectations where required by law.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Prohibited activity includes deceptive claims, unlawful offers, harassment, impersonation, malware distribution, spam-oriented abuse, and any content that violates these Terms or published compliance policies.
5. Campaign Moderation Rights
Click Mailer Pro may review, reject, pause, limit, or remove campaigns or account features at its discretion to address policy, quality, fraud, or legal concerns.
6. Billing, Memberships, and Upgrades
Paid plans are subscription-based unless otherwise stated. Fees, billing cycles, and upgrade options are shown in-platform. You authorize recurring charges according to your active plan until canceled in accordance with platform rules.
7. Credit Rules
Credits are internal platform-use credits only. Credits are used to allocate advertising exposure within the platform. Credits are not cash, are not redeemable for currency, are not a stored-value product, and do not function as a wallet or prepaid account. Credits are non-transferable except for limited internal reassignment if explicitly permitted by platform rules, and may be adjusted, revoked, or expired for abuse, fraud, inactivity, or policy enforcement.
8. Referral Program Limitations
Referral rewards apply to legitimate direct referrals only. Click Mailer Pro does not offer MLM, multi-level commissions, or pyramid compensation. Referral rewards are subject to account standing, fraud review, and policy compliance, and are never guaranteed.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, charge disputes, abuse patterns, fraud risk, or legal requirements. Access may also be limited while investigations are in progress.
10. No Guarantee of Results
We provide marketing tools and software. We do not guarantee audience reach, leads, conversions, or earnings. Results depend on user activity and campaign setup.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Click Mailer Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use, delays, or interruptions.
12. Policy and Terms Updates
We may revise these Terms and related policies at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
